Episode 1 Meeting the parents

This is the first in a series of five Practical English lessons in which you can learn and practise functional language.

There is a story line based on two characters, Jenny Zielinski, an American journalist who works in the New York office of a magazine called New York 24seven and Rob Walker, a British journalist who worked in London for the same magazine, but who is now working in New York.

The first part: Watch Jenny and Rob talking then listen to Jenny introducing Rob to her parents and the last part: watch the after dinner conversation.
